From this month, every project we deliver funds a tree, planted through Treeapp. One tree for every piece of work that goes out the door.
Why we are doing it
It costs a small part of what we earn and it does something useful. That is really the whole reasoning.
We work with businesses that are building something for the long term, and it felt right that a bit of what they spend with us goes somewhere that lasts too. A tree is a good fit for that. It is still there in twenty years, long after a campaign has run its course.
How it works
Treeapp fund planting projects across more than twenty countries, working with local teams who choose native species suited to each site. The trees are monitored after planting rather than counted once and forgotten.
When a project of ours completes, a tree is funded and we are told where it went. We pass that on, so if you have worked with us you will hear which project planted yours and where it ended up. It is a nice thing to include in a handover email.
