Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25th September 2026
These terms cover your use of radmco.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it. They are not the terms that apply if you hire us, which are agreed separately in writing before any work begins.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by RA Digital Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15783453, with its registered office at 45 Kingscote Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO8 8QD. You can contact us at info@radmco.com.
What you can do with the content
Everything on this site belongs to us or to the clients whose work is shown, including the text, images, code, design, layout and the RADM name and logo. It is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it. You are welcome to quote a short passage from an article if you credit us and link back to the original. What you should not do is copy substantial parts of the site, republish our writing as your own, or use our client work or logos to promote anything else without asking us first. If you want to use something, email us. The answer is usually yes.
Client work shown on this site
Our case studies and portfolio are published with the permission of the clients concerned. Their brand names, logos and images belong to them, not to us, and nothing on this site gives you the right to use them.
What the site is for
The content here is for general information. We write about how we work and what we think, and we try to keep it accurate and current, but it is not professional advice and you should not rely on it as though it were. Anything we publish about law, tax or regulation is our understanding at the time of writing, and rules change. If a decision matters to your business, take proper advice on your own circumstances.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites where they are useful, including our clients’ sites and our own social media profiles. We have no control over those sites and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.
You are welcome to link to this site from your own, as long as you do it in a way that is fair and does not suggest we endorse you when we do not. We can ask you to remove a link, and if we do we would expect you to.
Keeping the site available
We do our best to keep this site up and working properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
What we are and are not responsible for
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of using this site, including lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for any loss arising from a virus or other harmful material you pick up through it. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what gets stored on your device is covered in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies each time you use the site.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
