Last updated: 25th September 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through radmco.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email info@radmco.com and we will explain it properly.

Who we are

RADM is a trading name of RA Digital Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15783453. Our registered office is 45 Kingscote Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO8 8QD.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, RA Digital Media Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at info@radmco.com.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you fill in a form on this site or email us, we collect the information you give us. That usually means your name, your company name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your project, including any budget range you select.

When you visit the site

Our hosting and security services automatically record technical information for every visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of the request. This happens on any website and is used to keep the site running and secure.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect information about how the site is used, such as which pages are popular and how people arrive at them. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

When you become a client

If we work together, we hold the contact details, correspondence and billing information needed to deliver the work and keep proper business records.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for using your information. Ours are:

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver work we have agreed. Performance of our contract with you.
  • To keep the site secure and working. Our legitimate interest in protecting the site and diagnosing problems.
  • To understand how the site is used. Your consent, where consent is required, given through our cookie banner.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations. Compliance with a legal obligation.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our reasons are fair and proportionate against your rights, and we only use your information in ways you would reasonably expect. You can object to this at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for [12 months] and then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and then for seven years, which is the period we are required to keep financial records. Website and security logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten automatically.

Who else is involved

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Our website hosting and content delivery providers, who store the site and the information submitted through it.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores our correspondence.
  • Our analytics provider, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
  • Our accounting software, for invoicing and financial records.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Information sent outside the UK

Some of the services above are provided by companies based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for more detail about any specific transfer.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them for three things:

  • Essential cookies, which make the site work. These include security checks on our forms. The site cannot function properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies, which tell us how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies, which measure whether our advertising works. These are only set if you consent to them.

You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings on this site, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including our clients’ sites and our social media profiles. Once you follow a link away from radmco.com, this policy no longer applies. We have no control over those sites and cannot be responsible for how they handle your information, so it is worth reading their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it, in certain circumstances.
  • Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it.
  • Ask us to transfer it to another provider, in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To do any of these, email info@radmco.com. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Keeping information safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to our systems is protected and limited to people who need it, and we keep our software up to date. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously and we will tell you and the ICO promptly if a breach affects your information and the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change or the law does. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
